Chat and private messaging
Global chat is public to admitted companies; a direct conversation is restricted to its participants. Verify the channel and peer before sending. Messages are plain text and subject to the visible character limit. If sending is uncertain, use the original-message recovery action instead of composing a duplicate. Keep conversation scope and sender/time visible. Report abusive content with a relevant reason and avoid sharing private information.
