Delivery research

Delivery access, unfinished contract slots and acceptance cooldown share the company research slot. Research uses personal work time, including tutorial acceleration. Cooldown improvements apply to future acceptances only. Review required level, cash, time and exact new effect before starting; cancelling research loses its payment and progress.
