Private contracts
Choose the intended company, product, quantity and price. Review the exact total and accepted terms; the public book and government support do not silently replace private pricing. Contracts have an explicit lifecycle and may require action by the other company. Fulfilment still validates ownership, stock, funds and capacity. Read cancellation consequences on the selected contract. An uncertain command must be retried from its original recovery controls.
Proposal, acceptance and completion
- Find the other company's full public handle. Choose I buy or I sell, a product, whole tonnes and a whole price per tonne.
- Review and send the proposal. The recipient sees it in Received; the proposer sees it in Sent.
- The recipient accepts the exact terms. Acceptance reserves no cash, goods or storage. Accepted price and quantity have no expiry.
- Either party checks readiness. The buyer needs the full cash payment and receiving space; the seller needs the full stored quantity and room to receive payment. The other party's private balances are not disclosed.
- Either party may deliberately fulfil when ready. The full goods and full payment move atomically; partial fulfilment is unavailable. Completed agreements appear in History.
Cancellation ends an uncompleted agreement without transferring assets or refunding a reservation. A readiness check reserves nothing, so another action can change availability before fulfilment.
Private price band
The private band is 90%–110% of the current player reference, intersected with the product's hard bootstrap bounds. The lower bound rounds upward and the upper bound downward to whole cash/t. At a reference of 100, when hard bounds do not restrict it, the permitted integers are 90 through 110. A changing reference can require a fresh proposal before acceptance. Published government support does not widen this private band.
