Farms and expansion

Each company owns an independent instance of catalog land. Another company owning the same location does not take yours. Discover lists regions, farm offers and expansion land. Compare actual purchase terms and company allowance before committing. A field is at most 500 hectares. Owning additional land and machinery can increase Operating Costs.

Acquisition prices

Farm and field purchases use ceil(base cash × (1 + currently owned hectares / 250)^1.2). Area includes all owned fields across the company, not just the selected farm or new parcel. With a hypothetical base price 100,000 and 250 ha already owned, the quote is ceil(100,000 × 2^1.2) = 229,740 cash.

Machinery uses ceil(model base cash × (1 + same-kind owned count × 0.08)). Count that kind across all farms and tiers; not all machines or only the identical model. For a hypothetical base 100,000 and two owned tractors, another tractor costs 116,000 cash; owned plows do not increase that count. Acquisition is separate from recurring Operating Costs. Obtain the current quote before buying.
